Two trains in Spain derailed today, as a result of which passengers had to be evacuated, and according to reports, some were injured.
Both incidents took place on the lines connecting Madrid and Andalusia, reports El Pais.
According to reports, the train that left Malaga for Madrid at 6:40 p.m. derailed just 10 minutes after departure and crossed over to the adjacent track, which caused the derailment of the train going to Huelva, reports Tanjug.
Passengers on both trains had to be evacuated, and several emergency response teams and firefighters were sent to the scene, confirming that there were injuries, but not the number, according to El Pais.
