AC Milan is in an active search for the new boss of the professional headquarters, and according to information from Italy, the main candidate for that place is experienced Strategy Massimiliano Allegri.
The new sports director of Rossoner Igli Tara, immediately started negotiations and prepared a three-year contract according to which Allegri earned 10.5m euros fixed, with additional bonuses that would depend on the results.
However, the first barrier appeared – Allegri is looking for five million euros per season fixed, which would total 15 million in three years.
It is known that Allegri was already sitting on the Milan bench in the 2010/11 season, when they won the last title of Italy’s last title.
Due to mutual respect and memories of that trophy period, sources claim that both sides are ready for a compromise, so they are expected to continue negotiations in order to find the “golden environment”.
The situation further complicates the fact that Allegri is negotiating and withnight, but as things – hardly in Naples could receive a salary that desires. It all points for the experienced expert to have to make concessions if he wants a quick return to the bench.
Allegri wants to make a final decision as soon as possible, preferably by the end of the week, to have plenty of time to plan preparations and summer transition.
