The Municipal Council of Doboj South is on its fifth session IX convocation on 20.05.2025. Adopts the draft decisions on amendment and implementation of the part of the Control Plan of the “Business Zone of Karusha” and the draft decisions on the adoption of the part of the regulatory plan of the “Business Zone of Karusha”, and the same amounted to a 30-day public inspection.
Drafts Amendments to the regulatory plan of the “Business Zone of Karusha” will be exhibited in the Municipality of Doboj South in the hall in front of the Office no. 4 in Matuzići at the Square 21. March no. 1 in the period from 22.05.2025. year from 8:00 to 20.06.2025. year by 15:00, and will be able to inspect the same in that period every weekday (from Monday to Friday) at a time from 8:00 to 15:00.
Persons who perform insight into the modification plan, will be allowed to enroll their remarks and proposals in the book of remarks and proposals that will be in place of insight or to deliver them in the specified period of the Municipality of Doboj South.
If in the drafts of the Draft Modifications of the Control Plan “The Business Zone”, the persons performed by certain ambiguities will be enabled by professional assistance and explanation of the employees of the Urbanism Service, Cadastre and Geodetic Affairs No. 4 in the Municipality of Doboj South.
During the duration of insight into the draft changes to the regulatory plan of the “Business Zone of Karusha”, a public hearing will be organized on 18.06.2025. year (Wednesday) at 15:00 in the hall of the Municipal Council on which the concept of amendments to the Plan will also present the Protection of the Concept of the Concept of the Regulation Plan in the “Techno Biro” Tuzla
After the public insight into the draft changes to the part of the Control Plan “The Business Zone of Karusha” all submitted remarks and proposals will be summarized and delivered to the Procurement of Ltd. “Techno Biro” Tuzla.
