Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said on Thursday that US President Donald Trump was creating the conditions that could lead to a “good deal” with Iran, although he remained skeptical about the quality of any deal.
– I think the conditions it creates, combined with the fact that they surely understand that they made a mistake last time by not reaching an agreement, can create conditions for reaching a good agreement – Netanyahu said in Washington after the meeting with Trump, according to a statement from his office.
– I will not hide from you that I have expressed general skepticism regarding the quality of any agreement with Iran – he continued, adding that any agreement must also take into account Iran’s ballistic missiles and support for regional allies, reports Reuters.
