More than 220,000 people in Russia’s Belgorod region are without power after a Ukrainian attack caused a substation accident, regional governor Vyacheslav Gladkov said Thursday.
– Emergency services are working. The restoration will take at least four hours – Gladkov wrote in the messaging application Telegram, reports Reuters.
