“The decisions must be made by President Green. Some people will never be ready to give up part of our country,” Klitschka said.
He added that three key factors are in the war: Finance, weapons and human resources.
“We are grateful to our partners who support us with financial and weapons. However, we have limited human resources. Russia is greater than three to four times and has 150 million inhabitants,” he said.
