The scorers for the team from Bihać were Balić and Međuseljac, and the match was played on artificial grass in Zadar, which was used by the coaching staff of Jedinstva for additional training of the team in specific game conditions.
The assistant coach of Jedinstva, Ervin Smailagić, assessed that the match was a quality test in a series of preparatory games that the club traditionally plays against Croatian opponents.
– This was the third game in a row, so we arranged that game with Zadar. Artificial grass, the opponent was good for that preparatory match, even though Zadar plays in the Third Football League, which is formally the fourth rank of the competition in Croatia. For the past few years, we have been constantly playing preparatory games with them. We did a very good job and we played well, we ran well, there were good things, but also some bad moments – said Smailagić.
He added that the coaching staff can be satisfied with the team’s health bulletin ahead of the resumption of the competition.
– Preparations are going well, there are no major injuries. Only Mahmud Ali did not play because he is complaining about an injury, while the other players have no problems with injuries, including new players and those who have been at the club for a long time – said Smailagić.
Jedinstvo will play the next preparatory match in Bosanska Krupa next week, after which they will have another control match before the start of the championship in the FBiH First League.
