French President Emmanuel Macron said on Wednesday in the Interview for “France 5” that his country plans to recognize the Palestinian State and that this could be done in June, during the international conference to lead together with Saudi Arabia.
“Unilateral recognition of the fictional Palestinian state, in the reality we know, will represent the terror and wind award in the back of Hamas,” Sa’ar has posted the X.
He added that “such actions will not bring peace, safety and stability in our region – on the contrary, they will only further remove them.”
Macron stated that “We have to go to recognition and we will do it in the coming months.”
According to him, a conference on the implementation of the decision on two countries, which should be held in New York, could be a turning point.
“Our goal is to chair this conference (about Palestines) together with Saudi Arabia in June, where we could finalize this multi-party mutual recognition process,” Macron said.
His statements come at the time when international calls on the political solution of the tribal in Gaza, where it is October 2023. The Israeli army killed more than 50,000 people, and a wider Israeli-Palestinian conflict.

Currently, 147 of the 193 United Nations members recognizes the state of Palestine. In May last year, Spain, Ireland and Norway joined the list, which the number of EU member states increased to 10. Other Su Bulgaria, Cyprus, Malta, Hungary, Poland, Sweden and Romania.
Several other European countries, especially from Eastern Europe, including Ukraine, Albania, Serbia, Montenegro and Belarus, have also recognized Palestinian Statehood.
