On 11.01.2026. year, around 11:00 p.m., in the town of Dobropolje, Tešanj municipality, an employee of the “Hifa Petrol” gas station was robbed, in such a way that a masked person, with the threat of a firearm – pistol, stole money in the amount of 4,500.00 KM, after which he left in an unknown direction.
Immediately after the report was received in the duty service of the Tešanj Police Station, a police patrol was dispatched to the specified location and secured the scene until the arrival of the investigation team. In addition to investigative actions, intensive operational and other activities were immediately undertaken to discover and find the perpetrator, and to shed light on the aforementioned criminal act.
As a result of the activities of the police teams, it was found out that the following persons could be linked to the execution of this robbery: KB, born in 2007, Đ.H., born in 2007, Č.E., born in 2006, SS, born in 2006 and HE, born in 2007, all persons from Tešnj. The aforementioned persons were found and deprived of their liberty, and a criminal investigation was initiated against them, the Ministry of Interior of the ZDK announced.
As part of the criminal investigation and the actions of the investigators, exempted clothes were found that the suspect KB used during the commission of the crime and then discarded in an abandoned location. In the presence of criminal investigators, the suspect HE. was escorted to the family home, where, as it was established during the criminal investigation, he hid the gun and sneakers that BK used during the robbery. Disputed weapons and items are exempt and will be subject to the necessary expertise.
All five persons were examined as suspects regarding the circumstances of the criminal offenses for which they are charged, and after the collected evidence and notifications, they will be handed over to the jurisdiction of the Cantonal Prosecutor’s Office of the Zenica-Doboj Canton due to the existence of grounds for suspicion that they have committed the following criminal offenses: person KB criminal offense “Robbery” from Article 289, paragraph 2 of the FBiH Criminal Code, person HE criminal offense “Robbery” from Article 289, paragraph 2 and in connection with by Article 33 of the FBiH Criminal Code (Assistance), the person H.Đ. and C.E. the criminal offense of “Assisting the perpetrator after the commission of a criminal offense” from Article 346 of the Criminal Code of FBiH in connection with the criminal offense of “Robbery” and the SS criminal offense of “Robbery” from Article 289 paragraph 2 in connection with Article 33 of the Criminal Code of FBiH (Assistance).
