The Agency for Identification Documents, Records and Exchange of BiH (IDDEEA) has successfully completed the application for monitoring personal documents, which enables significantly higher transparency in the procedure of issuing documents.
Through the new version of the application, users can now see exactly at any time, in which the phase finds their request – from checking in the parent offices, through the development of the document, to its delivery and download.
The application shows the following process steps:
- Request on identity checks in the MUP and the parent office – The procedure is checked for the applicant in the competent parent office and the competent authority for issuing documents;
- Request on checks in the competent authority – During the application of restrictions and prohibition of the applicant with the competent authority for the issuance of documents;
- Request submitted to the Agency – During the development of the document – request submitted to the Agency’s jurisdiction for personalization – drafting the document;
- Document made and awaiting the document download – a document personalized-created and is within the competence of the Agency;
- Document in Transport – The document is in the transport / delivery phase by the Agency to receive the document at the location of the competent authority for the issuance of the document;
- Document delivered to the competent authority by the Agency – document distributed to the competent document for issuing documents – the transport of documents according to the location of the competent authority for issuance is underway;
- Document Ready to download with the competent authority – a developed document is located at the location of the Ministry of the Interior for the issuance of the document;
This upgrade represents a significant improvement of the user experience, providing citizens clear and reliable insight into the status of their documents.
