In his latest public address, he said how Ukraine and her partners want a true truce, but that Moscow still blocks the essential progress.
“A truce is needed. Diplomatic steps are needed. Need new and efficient security architecture. And it is time to take a higher pressure on Russia, as the result would not be just one outcome, but everything is necessary,” Green said.
He especially sharply criticized the fact that Russian authorities have been working on a document called the “memorandum” about the truce for seven days.
“When the Russians have been making a so-called Memorandum that wants to present the fire for seven days – it’s obviously mocking around the world. Of course, in Russia they don’t feel the need to save their people. But the world of the sea,” he stressed.
Green once again called on the international community to strengthen sanctions against Russia and thanked everyone who supports it.
