Ambassador Majid Nili stated in the ministry that the American-Israeli attack violates international law, the Iranian embassy in Berlin announced, reports dpa.
The ambassador also pointed to Article 51 of the United Nations Charter, which allows countries under attack to defend themselves.
“Iran’s measures are kept within the legitimate right of self-defense,” the country’s embassy said.
