The grand opening of special corruption departments, organized and intercantonal crime in the Supreme Court of FBiH and the Federal Prosecutor’s Office of the FBiH was held in the premises of the Special Departments in Sarajevo.
The Special Department for Combating Corruption, Organized and Inter-Ministerial Crime, better known as the Federal Uskok, is officially starting working, and should take over cases from cantonal prosecutor’s offices.
The task of the Federal Uskok is a more efficient processing of the most complex cases, organized and financial crime, and other corrupt works, which represent a serious threat to the rule of law and stability of the company.
The High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council of BiH (HJPC) appointed Hrvoje Čabrajić for the special deputy of the Chief Prosecutor of the Federation of BiH, ie the head of the Federal Uskok, and should spend the next six years. In addition to Čabrajić, the HJPC was appointed Aid Bled, Nina Šahinpašić, Samir Selimović, Jova Karić, Aida HadžimAilović, Amru Mehmedić and Medina Jerahović.
11 years were waiting for the opening because in that period, the space was never found or the prosecutors were appointed.
The President of the HJPC Sanin Bogunić and Prime Minister FBiH Nermin Niksic were officially opened by special corruption departments, organized and intercantonal crime in the Supreme Court of FBiH and the FBiH Federal Prosecutor’s Office.

Prime Minister Nermin Niksic said the FBiH government contributed to the invention and equipping of the space.
