At today’s session of the Government of Zenica-Doboj Canton, the programs of promoting self-employment and employment members of the Defense Population are adopted. These programs aim to reduce the unemployment rate of members of the defense population, and thus resolving their existential issues and improving the socio-economic situation.
According to the Synn Sirocica Minister, such programs have been implemented for several years through several incentive variants. This year, the proposal of the program envisages the co-financing of the establishment and launch of the “First Business” for the applicants who registered the planned activity from 01.01.2024. year until the end of the public invitation in the amount of 12,000 KM.
– and the “Biznis Plus” version involves more earlier users of this program: for users who have employed one or more workers in the amount of 1,500 KM for the program “First Business” only from 2024. years, of course that retained tax registration and settled tax liabilities – He said the Minister of Rocica.
The employment promoting program of the Defense Population involves approval of economic entities and companies in which the Federation, Canton, City or Municipality has a majority ownership company, for the purpose of members of the Defense Population. For this year, the proposed amount per new employee is 8,820 KM for a period of 12 months.
