Milan Đurić, Jamie Vardy and the rest of the Italian Cremonese team got a new coach.
This team was taken over by Marco Giampaolo, a 58-year-old coach born in Bellinzona, Switzerland, who previously led clubs such as Milan, Torino and Sampdoria in Serie A, and Lecce last season.
Cremonese had earlier sacked Davide Nicola after a 15-game winless run dropped them into the relegation zone.
It is interesting that Marco Giampaolo led Cremonese before, when they played in the third division.
Cremonese is currently 18th in the table with 24 points, and Lecce, which is in the relegation zone, is only three points behind.
