Due to water spilling onto the roadway, traffic was suspended on the following roads: M-1.9 Ormanica-Gradačac, M-1.8 Cerik-Dubrave (near the market “Arizona”) R-460 Vučkovci-Gračanica, R-465a Gradačac-Kerep and Tutnjevac-Bobetino Brdo.
On the sections: Ključ-Bosanski Petrovac-Bihać, Bosanski Petrovac-Drvar, Sarajevo-Rogatica, Vlasenica-Han Pijesak and Karaula-Stupari, there is a traffic ban on motor vehicles.
Due to a major landslide, traffic on the Ugljevik-Lopare regional road, on the Tobut-Vukosavci section, near the quarry, was suspended.
Due to the shedding of stone material, there is one lane of traffic in Nišići. Road services are working on the rehabilitation and cleaning of the landslide.
Difficult traffic
Through the passes: Komar, Rostovo, Makljen, Koprivnica and Kupres, it is difficult for passenger vehicles to travel, while heavy-duty motor vehicles must have chains installed.
The movement of all vehicles over the bridge on the main road Dobro Polje-Miljevina is prohibited. Vehicles with a total weight of up to 3.5 tons can use the roads via Grepko or Kalinovik (there are 19 km of macadam road), while trucks must travel via Rogatica and Ustiprača.
The construction of a bulkhead on the section of the A-1 Sarajevo North-Podlugovi highway is underway, which is why traffic has been diverted to the overtaking lane.
Due to the monitoring of the surrounding soil on the section of the A-1 Sarajevo-Lepenica highway, in the area of the Lepenica interchange and the Igman tunnel, traffic has been diverted to the overtaking lane.
Due to construction works on the Tomislavgrad-Prisoje main road, traffic is in one lane with traffic lights installed from 00:00 to 24:00.
On the Jablanica-Blidinje main road, traffic is allowed for vehicles up to 3.5 tons, while traffic is still suspended for vehicles over 3.5 tons.
Traffic has been suspended for all vehicles on the Šamac-Grebnica main road due to the rehabilitation of the level crossing. Alternative routes are in operation.
Border crossings
The traffic of passenger vehicles is increasing at the border crossings, but delays are currently up to 30 minutes.
Due to the registration of passengers according to the new system of exiting and entering the countries of the European Union (EES, Entry/Exit System), longer delays at border crossings are possible.
The Brčko border crossing is open for passenger vehicles up to 3.5 tons. From December 2, 2025, the Karakaj border crossing is open to all categories of vehicles.
At the Šepak border crossing, traffic is prohibited for all goods vehicles, it says Avaz.
