The director of the Russian fund reacted to the news that Berlin recommends the construction of 15 nuclear power plants, the lifting of sanctions on Russian energy producers, as well as plans for the reconstruction of the North Stream 2 gas pipeline as emergency measures.
“April Fool’s Day irony – all these steps would actually correct previous wrong strategic decisions that are not recognized and which are destroying the EU,” said Dmitriev.
The director of the fund also referred to the savings measures that Brussels recommends to its citizens.
“Don’t drive, don’t fly, don’t wash, don’t eat, don’t use air conditioners, don’t study, don’t work, don’t ask questions, don’t use X and don’t think,” said Dmitriev.
He added that European bureaucrats will not correct strategic mistakes and will continue the accelerated destruction of Western civilization.
