The combination of heavy snowfall and rain in the past period, followed by a sudden melting of the snow, led to a critical situation in the area of Tuzla Canton. According to the report of the Cantonal Administration of Civil Protection dated March 31, 2026, the most difficult situation is in the coastal areas of the Spreča River, where more than 400 hectares of land are already under water.
Prevents out of bed: From Gračanica to Doboj Istok
