The United States has agreed to lower additional customs to Chinese goods from 145 to 30 percent, while China will reduce customs duties from 125 to 10 percent.
Customs introduced before 2. April, including those from the period of the first term of the former US President Donald Trump, as well as certain limitations such as the exemption for the shipment of small value, remain in force.
Washington was obliged to change or abolish three executive regulations that increased customs in Chinese imports by 115 percent. The so-called ‘Liberation Day’ Customs will be temporarily reduced from 34 to 10 percent during the next three months, and all customs were introduced during the conflict escalation will be removed.

China has announced harmonization with American abolishing measures and will keep only 10 percent of customs duties introduced after 2. April. However, Chinese exports will continue to be exposed to a total rate of 30 percent, when measures introduced before that date, including two Customs Customs, introduced in order to control the import of Fentanila in February and March.
Products such as electric vehicles, steel and aluminum will continue to be subject to special duties adopted in previous years.
China agreed to remove some measures introduced by the US after 2. April. There was no official comment on the latest news from the company DuPont.
The controlled list of rare earth minerals remains under the questionnaire, as the Chinese decision was related to all countries and is not clear whether this will be considered a specific response to the USA. In the original announcement of the Ministry of Trade, which required all exporters to seek permits before the delivery of seven species of rare ground minerals is not mentioned.
Reuters last month reported that American clients would probably face long and uncertain waiting for permits with respect to the trade war. The Chinese Ministry of Trade did not immediately answer the questions about the restrictions of rare ground minerals.
The spokesman of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs referred to these issues to the study of the text of the Agreement.
