Football club Čelik confirmed that experienced left back Dženan Bureković was temporarily reassigned to the junior B team.
According to the official statement of the club from Bilno polje, Bureković will continue the training process in the junior team until he fully recovers from the injury and returns to full fitness.
After that, the player’s status will be reconsidered in accordance with the assessment of the coaching staff and his physical condition.
This season, the 30-year-old defender played only one match for the first team, which leads the First Federal League.
The club’s decision comes as part of the player’s recovery process and planning for future rotation in the team.
