The head coach of the A national team of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Sergej Barbarez, said that tomorrow’s friendly match against North Macedonia in Koševo will be a test of character and show how the players react to the success achieved by qualifying for the World Cup.
At the press conference in Sarajevo, Barbarez pointed out that North Macedonia a very serious opponent who has a new coach and will certainly try to win, but that the BiH national team will play with the same approach.
He added that he would all players get a chance tomorrow play at least one half, except for those who are not fully ready, while the match against Panama on June 6 will serve as a dress rehearsal when it comes to the composition of the national team.
Barbarez stated that Haris Tabakovic should join the national team most likely before going to the World Cup, although there is a possibility that he will continue his treatment and join later when he is ready.
He also emphasized that he would Ivan Šunjić should be ready by the weekend.

Bosnia and Herzegovina will play their first match at the World Cup on June 12 against Canada in Toronto, then on June 18 against Switzerland in Los Angeles, and on June 24 against Qatar in Seattle.
