In the last game of the 37th round Chelsea won at Stamford Bridge Tottenham Hotspur with 2-1.
Fernandez (18) and Santos (67) gave the home team a 2-0 lead before Richarlison (74) reduced the score to 2-1.
Chelsea is the round before the end of the eighth with 52 points and occupies a position that leads to the Conference League next season, one more has seventh Brighton who hold the position leading to the Europa League, and have the same points as ninth Brentford who do not have a place in the European Cups.
Tottenham remain 17th with 38 points, two more than 18th West Ham United, and the decision on which club will stay in the Premier League and which will be relegated will be made on Sunday when Tottenham play at home to Everton in the last round, while West Ham host Leeds United.
Due to the much better goal difference, a point will be enough for Tottenham in the last round.
