The best young skiers from the region and Europe gathered at this year’s “Audi Born2Ski” in an exciting atmosphere and great weather conditions. During the two competition days, Bjelašnica hosted top skiing, where competitors aged eight to 16 competed in giant slalom and slalom, according to Ski.ba, a specialized skiing portal from Bosnia and Herzegovina.
On the first day of the festival, giant slalom races were held, while on the second day Bjelašnica was the scene of dynamic slalom races, with additional giant slalom performances for the youngest categories U8 and U10.
The organizers, with the support of the Bjelašnica Ski Center, ensured the best conditions for the competition, enabling young athletes to show their skills, courage and passion for alpine skiing.
The winner’s announcement ceremony took place in a great atmosphere, and the competitors, coaches, parents and guests enjoyed the unforgettable atmosphere and ideal conditions on the track.
The “Born2Ski” festival also has a special mission – popularizing alpine skiing among young generations and creating future champions. Every year this event brings new friendships, experiences and memories that last a lifetime, which was the case in the past days as well.
