Sarajevo Judge Irfan will send justice in the finals of the conference league between Chelsea and Betis, 28. May in Wroclaw (21 hours), the European Football Union has decided.
In this way, the Sudian Committee of UEFA has given another recognition to the football federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The buelling will help Senad Ibrišimbegović from Travnik and Mostarac Davor Belje, the role of the fourth judge will have Halil Melilla from Turkey, while the reserve assistive judge will be Kerem Ersoy, also Turk.
“The emotions are mixed, I don’t know what to say … I was getting smiled first, and then he cried because they were overwhelmed by those who know the best,” Irfan said for a sports magazine.
For the 40-year Irfana, this will be the first European club finale in a career.
