President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky signed the law on the extension of martial law and general mobilization until August 2, it was announced on the website of the Supreme Government.
The document states that the law will take effect on Monday, May 4.
Martial law and general mobilization were introduced in Ukraine on February 24, 2022, and since then that regime has been extended several times.
