After the news that Serbia should receive the first payments of the European Union (EU) by the end of next week (EU) within the Western Balkans plan, the only state in the region that has not yet adopted that reform agenda.
In this way, the competent in BiH has further questioned more than a billion euros from that program, which should take advantage of the infrastructure, energy and digitization projects, parts of the highway on Corridor 5C, revitalization of several hydropower plants, interconnections with Croatia.
The incorrect reform agenda in BiH is, without any dilemma, huge political crisis at the BiH level, and every next blocking will remain more from the EU and development plans.
