An energy expert from Sarajevo Almir Bečarević believes Bosnia and Herzegovina is not ready to introduce this fee.

Igor Gavran, an economic analyst, says that possible delay at the European Union level, whether the EU has already mitigated or slowed some of the previously announced CO2 emissions.
