After yesterday’s critical state in several locations, Bosnia River, this morning measurement showed mild change, with the trend of stabilization on most areas, the Federal Civil Protection Administration said.

In Žepča, slightly declining water levels – this morning was measured 345 cm, which is a drop of 1 cm compared to the previous measurement. A similar trend was also observed in Maglaj, where the level of the Bosnia river is now 521 cm, which is a decrease of 2 cm.
However, in Karo Kalošević, the situation remains worrying, because there have been an increase in water levels of as much as 9 cm in the last few hours. This morning was measured 319 cm, which causes additional concerns of local authorities and the population.
Chief of the Municipality of Doboj South, Mirnes Tukić, advertised through Facebook warning citizens on the need to readiness:
“Water levels are not quite encouraging, we are trying to fight with a Usor that comes down! I appeal to the population and take everything you can protect yourself and your property, with God’s help, all together.
The competent services continue to monitor the situation in the field, while citizens are invited to caution and adherence to civil protection instructions.
