The tropical storm of Barbara was formed at the southwest coast of Mexico, the National Hurricanes Center in Miami said today. No coastal hazard warnings issued.
The winds were about 75 kilometers per hour with occasional stronger strikes. Storm is expected to become a hurricane on Monday.
