The District Court in Banja Luka was condemned Benedija Djukanovic, Emilija Balda and the Rodoljub Gajić to a total of 85 years in prison for the murder of the Owner “Sector Security” Žarko Pavlović and the driver Goran Ilic.
After the repeated trial, Djukanovic was sentenced to 39 years in prison for serious murder, while for unauthorized possession of an automatic rifle was sentenced to two years. The penalties are united in a unique age of 40, which is the largest sentence in the history of the Republika Srpska, the ATV reports.
Emilio Baldo, who in the first instance proceedings were acquitted, was now sentenced to 25 years in prison. Immediately after the verdict was arrested and will be carried out in the custody of the Banja Luka KPZ.
Former worker of the company “Sector Security” Rodoljub Gajić was sentenced to 20 years in prison as a helper in difficult murder.
In addition to high prison sentences, the Court adopted both the compensation of the families of the killed crown and Pavlović, by which they are convicted that in the name of mental pain solidararily paying them 160,000 KM.
Specifically, 20,000 KM for each family member of the injured party.
The wounded Goran Ilić was sent to a lawsuit with a claim. The accused are obliged to pay the costs of proceedings in the amount of 69,639 KM, and another 30,000 KM for the services of attorney’s official.
Krunić and Pavlović were killed on 22. April 2019 at the local road in Glamočani near Banja Luka.
The indictment was stated that the killers from two sides opened the burst fire towards the car, when he slowed on the road. At least 20 were fired from one rifle, and from the other 16 bullets. Krunić hit the heads in the head, and Pavlović into the chest and both of the other dead, writes in place Clix.
