They voted that Crnoštashi bypass sanctions and receive huge salaries in cash

The embarrassing amendments to the Law on Financing Institutions in BiH were adopted yesterday in the House of Parliamentary Assembly of BiH on the proposal of the member of the Course of this house Marinka Čavara (HDZBiH).

The Čavara located on American blacklist and whose blocked accounts, as well as other persons who are sanctioned, disabled by the payment of salaries due to corruption and anti-day behavior. And so he pays his payable cash! I couldn’t even believe that this would pass. But it’s past. For now in one home, and it is both the house of the people.

Namely, 14 deputies were for, while 12 were against them, which was enough because the laws in the state parliament pass when there are more votes for those who are against.

But those who were restrained de facto helped to pass this law, because if they voted against he would fall.

Arnaut’s criticism

Ambassador of BiH in Germany Damir Arnaut, otherwise former state parliamentarian, published last night listing from PSBiH on the results of the vote.

He originally fiercely criticized the vote of the deputies of our party Predrag Kojović and Sabine Ćudić who had just been restrained.

-Ramoting voting of our party on the Čavarin Law by which Crnočiši enables the receipt of salaries in cash with the aim of circumvention of American sanctions. As the US Embassy stated in the announcement from 22.5.2024.: “Such changes … they represent an obvious effort to avoid implementing sanctions.” If two MPs of NS instead of restrained voted against, the law would fall. The same goes for all the others restrained – he cited the Arnaut.

But what stakes in the eye, if the voting results are analyzed, is that the “broad coalition” of MPs from multiple parties raised the Hands in one home to pass the law that allows the bills of “on hand.” It is about deputies that come from the position and opposition both at the level of the state and the entity.

Za izmjene ovog zakona glasali su Denis Zvizdić (NiP), Marinko Čavara (HDZ), Darko Babalj (SDS), Slavko Matić (HDZ), Predrag Kožul (HDZ), SNSD-ovci Miroslav Vujičić, Sanja Vulić, Ljubica Miljanović, Milorad Kojić, te Nebojša Radmanović, kao i Čedomir Stojanović (DEMOS), Branislav Borenović (PDP), Mladen Bosić (SDS), and Nenad Grkovic (for justice and order).

So the hand raised and deputies from the position, Nip, HDZ, SNSD, as well as those from the opposition coming from the RS area SDS, PDP, for justice and order.

“Help” restrained

As we stated, the deputies who were restrained also allowed this law to pass. In addition to the mentioned Ćudić and Kojović, Šemsudin Dedić were also restrained (forward!), Šemsudin Dedić, Edin Ramić, DF-sheep Zlatan Begić and Vlatko Glavaš (NIP) and Mia Karamehić-Abazović (NIP).

Any SDP deputies were, as well as individual from the SDA, NES, etc. Below you can see the listing on the results of the voting published by Damir Arnaut.

It remains to be seen what their motives were as they were, as Arnaut spotted, “it is not just about political guilt here.”

-With of these voting rules, which are well known to each Prophet in PSBiH, restraint represents concrete support to such activities and sanctioned entities and withdraws the potential laws – the Arnaut said, transmitted Focus.
