The embarrassing amendments to the Law on Financing Institutions in BiH were adopted yesterday in the House of Parliamentary Assembly of BiH on the proposal of the member of the Course of this house Marinka Čavara (HDZBiH).
The Čavara located on American blacklist and whose blocked accounts, as well as other persons who are sanctioned, disabled by the payment of salaries due to corruption and anti-day behavior. Namely, 14 deputies were for, while 12 were against them, which was enough because the laws in the state parliament pass when there are more votes for those who are against.
But those who were restrained de facto helped to pass this law, because if they voted against he would fall.
Arnaut’s criticism
Ambassador of BiH in Germany Damir Arnaut, otherwise former state parliamentarian, published last night listing from PSBiH on the results of the vote.
He originally fiercely criticized the vote of the deputies of our party Predrag Kojović and Sabine Ćudić who had just been restrained.

As the US Embassy stated in the announcement from 22.5.2024.: “Such changes … they represent an obvious effort to avoid implementing sanctions.” If two MPs of NS instead of restrained voted against, the law would fall. The same goes for all the others restrained – he cited the Arnaut.
But what stakes in the eye, if the voting results are analyzed, is that the “broad coalition” of MPs from multiple parties raised the Hands in one home to pass the law that allows the bills of “on hand.” It is about deputies that come from the position and opposition both at the level of the state and the entity.

“Help” restrained
