Earlier plans provided for the modernization and extension of the main road M-4 Tuzla – Doboj, in the location Drežnik – Šićki Brod, and according to the latest official information, the expropriation of real estate for the needs of the project has been completely completed.
As stated in the official act of the Service for geodetic and property-legal affairs of the City of Tuzla, the procedure was carried out at the suggestion of the beneficiary of the expropriation, the public company Roads of the Federation of BiH.
As part of this process, the complete expropriation of the land necessary for the implementation of the infrastructure project was carried out.
It is a section that includes the area of Drežnik and Šićki Brod, including the planned construction of the Šićki Brod roundabout, which represents one of the most significant traffic interventions in this part of the Tuzla Canton.
It was confirmed by the competent service that all decisions made in the expropriation procedure have become legally binding, thus the administrative part of the process has been completely completed. This created the conditions for the smooth continuation of the implementation of the project in the field.
This information was submitted in response to a parliamentary question by Admir Čavalić addressed to the Parliament of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, which referred to the expropriation phase and the possible delay of deadlines in connection with this project.
It follows from the document that there were no deviations that would jeopardize the legality or completion of the procedure and that the process was carried out in accordance with the regulations.
The realization of this infrastructure project aims to improve traffic connectivity and safety on one of the more frequent roads in the Tuzla Canton, writes Klix.
