Tensions between South Africa and the United States grew since Trump took over the duty in January.
Rasool, 62, was declared undesirable in the United States after the State Secretary Marco Rubio called him a “politician who sets racial tensions and hates America.” The Statement of the Ambassador was followed by Trump “Mobilizes the movement of white supervisory”.
Rasool defended his comments after landing at Cape Town airport.
He said the remarks imposed during a seminar had aimed a “warn” of South African intellectuals and political leaders “on the change in which we live, to change the way we are positioned in the United States, that the old way of doing business with the United States was not good.”
