In court of BiH, the Prosecutor’s Final Words of the Prosecutorial of BiH is underway, and today it is envisaged that the Defense is presented by their final words in the court process against Milorad Dodik and Miloš Lukić.
According to the GLIX.BA reporter, the plaintiff announced that the Prosecution would seek the prison sentence near the maximum for the criminal offense for which five years in prison.
Also, for Dodik and Lukić, a 10-year-old prohibition will be requested for public relations or political functions.
Prosecutors continue to exhibit, and then they will have their time and defense. The first instance verdict will be made within three days of the end of the final words.
Dodik and Lukić are charged with disrespectful decisions of the High Representative Christian Schmidt.
Dodik was accused of signing the apparition and proclamation of the applicable two unconstitutional laws of the Republika Srpska, which the High Representative Christian Schmidt announced before.
Lukic was accused of publishing these points in the Official Gazette of the RS and the Law under which the decisions of the High Representative and the Constitutional Court of BiH would not apply to the territory of that entity.
In June 2023. The RS National Assembly adopted unconstitutional laws that no longer recognizes the RS’s Official Gazette and that the decisions of the BiH Constitutional Court will not apply to the RS Territories.
After Schmidt annulled these laws. In July 2023, the BiH Criminal Code was made, which made the criminal offense on 7. July, however, signed the laws in the Official Gazette of the RS- .
The Prosecutor’s Office of BiH filed an indictment against Dodik and Lukić 11. Augusta, and the court confirmed it on 11. September 2023. years. The trial began on 5. February 2024. years, it says Clix.
