Three days before the appearance of our national team at the World Cup and the first game against Canada, the streets of the capital prove it.
The Vijesti.ba team recorded through photographs part of the atmosphere in Sarajevo, where support for the “Dragons” is visible at every step.
The days until the referee’s first whistle are impatiently counted, and discussions about the national team have become an inevitable topic in cafes, squares, parks and children’s playgrounds.
Special attention is drawn to the youngest fans, who proudly wear the jerseys of the national team of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The names of Alajbegović, Bajraktarević and Mubaremović are mostly on the jerseys of the little ones, and of course the slightly older ones are Edin Džeka.

However, the euphoria is not reserved only for children, jerseys and other fan signs can also be seen among older citizens.
One thing is certain, Bosnia and Herzegovina lives for this national team, and the expectations before the duel with Canada are growing day by day. The fans believe that the “Dragons” will open their participation in the World Cup in the best way and bring a reason for new celebrations throughout the country.
