The municipality of Tešanj published a public advertisement inviting interested individuals and legal entities to submit applications for temporary use of land in the Bukva Business Zone.
It is about a part of the cadastral plots in the cadastral municipality of Novo Selo, with a total area of 3,500 square meters, which are given for use for a period of up to three years, in the found condition.
The basic criterion for choosing the most favorable bidder is the amount of the fee offered, with a note that the minimum monthly usage price is 2,415 KM. In case of equal bids, priority will be given to the application that was submitted earlier.
Those interested are required to provide basic information in the application, including identification and contact information, description of activities, planned purpose of land use, period of use, as well as the offered amount of compensation. It is also necessary to submit proof of registration for legal entities, as well as a statement of acceptance of the conditions from the advertisement.
The Municipality emphasizes that the user of the land will not have the right to change its purpose or carry out investment works, but will be able to arrange the space at his own expense with the obligation of regular maintenance.
Applications are submitted in a sealed envelope marked “Application – use of land in PZ Bukva”, through the protocol of the Municipality or by mail, no later than April 28, 2026.
The public advertisement was published on the official Tešanj Municipality website and bulletin boards.
The Municipality of Tešanj reserves the right to change or cancel the advertisement without additional explanation, and does not bear the costs of registration of the participants.
