The Government of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina has established a purposeful official e-mail address and an electronic form on the official website, through which workers and citizens can safely and anonymously report any abuses regarding the implementation of the minimum wage, but also to achieve all others Rights of workers in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
After the entry into force of the decision on the lowest salary in 2025. The increase in the number of citizens ‘calls, as well as a message through the social networks addressed to the Federation of BiH and other federal institutions on the possible irregularities in achieving workers’ rights.
Therefore, the Government has established a channel “Protection of workers” to ensure faster and more efficient application processing, and the timely reaction of the competent institutions, the Office of the FBiH Government for Public Relations.
In accordance with its commitment to improve the position and status of workers in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, as the Government of the Federation of BiH is determined and to protect the rights of workers.
These channels enable secure anonymous and identified applications, which ensures additional protection of workers and their rights.
Since today, workers can report all irregularities such as payments below the prescribed minimum amount of the salary reduction, the payment of part of the salary “on hand”, and the official minor or threats to workers for the application of new legal provisions, as well as other spotted irregularities.
