Thank you to the Government of ZDK: Representatives of RK “Krivaja” presented the jersey to Minister Mušija

The Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sports of the Zenica-Doboj Canton, Mirza Mušija, together with Assistant Minister Maša Škrbić, received representatives of the Handball Club “Krivaja” from Zavidovići, led by the club’s vice-president Deni Velić.

During the meeting, they discussed the cooperation of the Ministry and the Government of the Zenica-Doboj Canton with the RK “Krivaja”, as well as the further improvement of the conditions for the development of sports in the Canton. Club Vice President Deni Velić presented Minister Mušija with the club’s original jersey, as a sign of gratitude to the Government of Zenica-Doboj Canton, led by Prime Minister Nezir Pivić, for continuous support and recognition of the importance of sports as one of the important segments of social development.

Minister Mušija said that in the Budget of Zenica-Doboj Canton for 2025, a record amount of funds was allocated for sports, and that sports teams of special importance for the Canton received adequate institutional support. The importance of investing in the reconstruction of the City Sports Hall in Zavidovići was especially emphasized, which creates better conditions for the work of sports clubs, as well as for elementary school students who use this sports facility.

Minister Mušija emphasized that RK “Krivaja” represents one of the most successful sports collectives in the Zenica-Doboj Canton, emphasizing the strong support of the audience and the importance of the club for the promotion of sports and healthy life values. He also confirmed that the Cantonal Government will continue to support the work of RK “Krivaja” in the coming period, with wishes for lots of sporting success, health and happiness for the players, coaching staff, youth teams and fans of the club.

At the end of the meeting, a review and handover of financial documentation related to the expenditure of allocated funds was carried out, and the readiness of RK “Krivaja” to continue open and constructive cooperation with the Ministry was confirmed.
