The first round of the Ljubuška Recreational League on Sunday, February 22, attracted 140 male and female runners who, in the beautiful nature of Bajera, started at the Great Bridge, and ran a section about 6 kilometers long.
A new sports story organized by the group Ljubuški runs attracted a large number of runners, recreationists and outdoor enthusiasts from several Herzegovinian citiespleasantly surprising the organizers themselves.
We hoped so, but for the first round we did not expect more than 100 participants. In the end there were 140and a large part of them were with children. It was her a real sports and recreation festivala lot of people of various age groups, a lot of children. Everyone was smiling and happy, and after the race people stayed to talk and hang out. Ljubuška recreational league through several rounds, it will last from winter to the beginning of summer. The final round of the league will be held as part of the Ljubuški Outdoor Festival May 29-31, 2026, and the locations of the races will change, about which those interested will be informed in time.
