The police emphasized that it was a targeted conflict, not random violence, and they are currently investigating several suspects.
The shooting happened in a shopping center in the city of Baton Rouge, where two groups of young people clashed. According to available information, one person was killed, while several others were injured. Five people were detained in connection with this event, reports ABC.
The first information from the media spoke of one or two attackers and six injured, while police reports initially stated ten wounded. Later, that number was revised to five injured people.
