He scored his first goal in the 22nd minute, when after Bloomberg’s cross from the right, he was completely alone at the second post and calmly sent the ball into the net.
Just two minutes later, City capitulated again. Young defender Max Alleyne lost the ball in his own half, which the Norwegians quickly punished – Bloomberg once again assisted, and Hogh doubled the home team’s lead with a precise shot.
Bodo/Glimt, who did not register a single victory in the first six rounds (three draws and three defeats), came to the threshold of one of the biggest victories in the club’s history already after 24 minutes.
