Goran Bojanović, Sejmenska 17a, Zenica, is appointed as bankruptcy trustee from the list of bankruptcy trustees.
Creditors are invited to, within 30 days from the date of publication of this decision in the “Official Gazette” of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, report their claims against the bankrupt debtor by submitting an application to the Municipal Court of Zenica at number: 43 0 St 268646 25 St, with the payment of a court fee in the amount of 1% of the value of the claim, but not less than 50.00 KM, nor more than 10,000.00 KM to the budget account ZE-DO canton number: 134-010-0000001672, type of income 722221, budget organization 1606001, municipality 103.
With the application, the applicants should state their company, registered office, place of residence, legal basis and amount of the claim, as well as the number of their account with a commercial bank.
Creditors are invited to notify the bankruptcy trustee within 30 days of the insurance rights they claim on the items and property of the bankrupt debtor, specifying the item over which the insurance right is claimed, the type and reason for the origination of the insurance right, as well as the secured claim.
The debtors of the bankrupt debtor are invited to settle their obligations without delay.
The bankrupt debtor and third parties are ordered to hand over the property and documentation of the bankrupt debtor in their possession to the bankrupt debtor.
The register of business entities of this court is ordered to enter the mark “in bankruptcy” next to the company or the name of the bankrupt debtor, and in the column “Persons authorized to represent the subject of registration” instead of the name and surname of the director, enter the name and surname of the bankruptcy trustee.
The land registry offices and competent cadastral offices, where the real estate of the bankrupt debtor is managed, are ordered to register the decision on the opening of bankruptcy proceedings.
The examination and report hearing in this procedure is scheduled for July 9, 2026. at 12:00 p.m., in the building of the Municipal Court of Zenica, and creditors of the bankrupt debtor who file a claim, as well as the bankruptcy trustee, are invited to the same.
The decision on the opening of bankruptcy proceedings will be published on the court’s notice board, the court’s website – the court’s electronic board, on the FIA’s website, and in the “Official Gazette” of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the pronouncement of the decision will be published.
