In a series of attacks that began on Wednesday, several people were killed, including two Israeli civilians, three Palestinian women and a foreign worker, writes The Jerusalem Post.
Magen David Adom emergency crews were sent to the refinery, but there were no reports of injuries. Earlier in the day, police and medical personnel investigated several sites where shrapnel fell after the attack in central Israel, where there were also no injuries.
In northern Israel on Thursday morning, before 6 a.m., sirens sounded three times an hour due to attacks launched by Iran and Lebanon’s Hezbollah. The emergency services announced that there were no injuries or major material damage in those attacks.

On Wednesday evening, a foreign worker in his 20s died in Israel’s Sharon region after shrapnel from an Iranian missile hit him in the head, Magen David Adom said. In the same wave of attacks, shrapnel also damaged a residential building in Tel Aviv, but no one was injured, reports Index.hr.
Earlier, according to the Red Crescent, three Palestinian women were killed in an Iranian rocket attack near Hebron in the West Bank. Palestinian media reported that 13 more people were wounded, one of them seriously.
The Israeli military said the strike was believed to have been caused by a cluster weapon – a warhead that disintegrates into many smaller bombs that scatter over a wider area. Shrapnel fell in other locations in central Israel and damaged one vehicle.
