– The previous approaches, as well as the established norms and rules of business life and international relations, are gradually losing strength, among other things, due to the actions of Western countries, which are losing their leadership positions and giving way to new growth centers, countries of the Global South – said Vladimir Putin in a video address to the participants of the Open Dialogue forum.
According to him, all elements of global growth, from economy and finance to technology and demography, are irreversibly changing.
