To allocate monetary stimulus for new employment Person with disabilities in 2025. years
- The Fund for Professional Rehabilitation and Employment of Persons with Disabilities (Fund) based on the Decision of the Management Board on the publication of the public invitation for the new employment of persons with disabilities in 2025. Year number: 09-04-5-9672 / 25 dated 21.08.2025. year, announcing a public call To allocate monetary stimulus for the new employment of people with disabilities in 2025. years.
- The subject of the public invitation is the distribution of funds funds in the total amount of 8.000.000,00 KM To allocate monetary stimulus for new employment and self-employment of people with disabilities.
- The basic amount of monetary stimulus in employment under special conditions assigned to one newly employed person with disabilities is 15.000,00 KMand the highest possible amount that can be awarded per one person is 27.000,00 KMdepending on the percentage of disability and employment period.
- The basic amount of monetary stimulus in employment under general conditions assigned to one newly employed person with disabilities is 18.000,00 KMand the highest possible amount that can be awarded per one person is 32.400,00 KM, Depending on the percentage of disability and employment period.
- The public call remains open 45 days from the day of its publication.

Public call
to allocate funds for financing and co-financing the employment sustainability program, the development of companies for employment of persons with disabilities and protective workshops, These programs of professional rehabilitation persons with disabilities in 2025. years
- Professional Rehalibration and Employment Fund (in the following: Fund) based on the decision of the Interim Board of Directors on Publications of the Public Invitation number: 09-04-5-9674 / 25 dated 21.08.2025. year, the public invitation for the award of funds for financing and co-financing the employment sustainability programs, disability employment companies and protective workshops, and professional rehabilitation programs in 2025. years;
- The total amount of funds assigned to this public call is 8.700.000,00 KM, Arranged on five Lot’s towards the areas of which programs relate, ie. In accordance with the project objectives and activities, these needs of persons with disabilities, as follows:
a) Lot I: To finance / co-financing the program for maintaining the existing level of employment of persons with disabilities in companies for employment of persons with disabilities and protective workshops – 2,400,000.00 KM;
b) Lot II: To fund / co-financing development programs Companies for employment of persons with disabilities and protective workshops – 3,600,000.00 KM;
c) Lot III: To finance / co-financing the professional rehabilitation programs of persons with disabilities:
1) 3.3 Professional rehabilitation programs in which people with disabilities are applied alone – KM 120,000.00;
d) Lot IV: To fund / co-financing the employment sustainability programs that perform independent activity or agricultural activities as an only main / basic occupation including persons with disabilities employed in accordance with Article 56. paragraph 2. and 3. laws – 2,400,000.00 KM;
e) Lot V: To finance / co-financing the employment sustainability programs of persons with disabilities of employees in organizations of persons with disabilities – 180,000.00 KM.
- The largest amount of funding / co-financing funds that can be assigned per program for each Lot is:
a) Lot I: To finance / co-financing the program for maintaining the existing level of employment of persons with disabilities in companies for employment of persons with disabilities and protective workshops – 60,000.00 KM;
b) Lot II: To fund / co-financing programs for the development of companies for employment of persons with disabilities and protective workshops – 80,000.00 KM;
c) Lot III: To finance / co-financing the professional rehabilitation programs of persons with disabilities:
1) 3.3 Professional Rehabilitation Programs, which persons with disabilities are applied themselves – 7,000.00 KM;
d) Lot IV: To fund / co-financing the employment sustainability programs that perform independent activity or agricultural activities as an only main / basic occupation including persons with disabilities employed in accordance with Article 56. paragraph 2. and 3. laws – 7,000.00 KM;
e) Lot V: To finance / co-financing the employment sustainability programs of persons with disabilities of employees in organizations of persons with disabilities – 14,000.00 KM.
The public call remains open 30 days from the day of publication;
