At 39. Session of the Assembly of the Zenica-Doboj Canton of the Ninth Council, held 26.05.2025. The eight points were considered a previously established agenda.
As part of the first point of the agenda, MPs have made the decision on amendments to the Rules of Procedure of the Assembly of the Zenica-Doboj Canton. The decision also envisages the possibility of issues and initiatives of the Member of the Assembly of the Zenica-Doboj Canton, as well as the answers to the same setup of the Zenica-Doboj Canton, which would improve the transparency and the work of the Assembly and the Prophet in the Assembly of the Zenica-Doboj Canton. For the above in the previous Rules of Procedure, there was no legal basis, and amendments adopted and proceedings with personal data, if they are contained in the submitted issues and initiatives, as well as in the submitted responses to the same. Within the next point of the agenda, a decision was made on giving consent to the Decision on Amendments to the Rules of Procedure of the Independent Committee.
Today, the MPs have considered the decision to allow the financial plan of the Institute of Health Insurance of Zenica-Doboj Canton for the execution of the Institute of Health Insurance Institute of Zenica-Doboj Canton, in which total revenues increased from 295,320,90,00 KM at 319,200,000.00 KM or for 23.879,010.00 KM. And then the Assembly within the fourth point of the agenda concluded the consent for the Report on the execution of the financial plan of the Zenica-Doboj Canton Health Insurance Institute for 2024. year.
As part of the fifth item in the agenda, the financial statement was considered by the Employment Service) of the Zenica-Doboj Canton for 2024. year, and the proposed acceptance of the said report did not receive a sufficient number of members of the Assembly to be accepted.
At today’s session, the Assembly of the Zenica-Doboj Canton accepted the report on the execution of the Budget of the Zenica-Doboj Canton in 2024. The total revenues and receipts of the Zenica-Doboj Canton amounted to 572.044328 of Capital Expenditures and Financing amounted to 560,542,943 KM, which was generated by excess revenue over expenditures (surplus) in the amount of 11,501,385 KM.
As part of the remaining two points of the agenda, the following reports were accepted and conclusions:
- Report on the work of the Independent Committee for 2024. year,
- Report on the work of the Office for the public complaints for 2024. year.
