PUBLIC ADVERTISEMENT
for submitting an application for assistance to low-income students of secondary education in the municipality of Doboj Jug for the 2025/2026 school year. year
I
The subject of the Public Announcement is the approval of financial aid for 5 (five) students of lower financial status of secondary education in the municipality of Doboj Jug for the school year 2025/2026. year.
II
Students have the right to help provided that:
- do not receive aid or scholarship on another basis or from another provider,
- the student and one of the parents, adoptive parent or guardian have a registered residence in the Doboj Jug municipality.
One student from one family household can be a beneficiary of aid.

The aid will be awarded in 8 (eight) equal monthly installments in the amount of 80.00 KM.
IV
In addition to the general conditions, special criteria have been established for the selection of aid beneficiaries:
- unemployment of household members, incomes based on work and other incomes (PIO/MIO, economic and agricultural activity, rights from veterans, disability and social protection),
- number of household members,
- health status of students and household members,
- disability of students and household members who do not receive compensation based on the same.
A student who has an established disability of at least 60% physical damage, and does not receive compensation on that basis, can exercise the right to assistance regardless of household income.
V
Preference is given to students who attend schools for occupations in deficit: plumber, motor vehicle driver, electrician, CNC operator and construction technician. Members of the family household are immediate family members: the student’s parents or adoptive parents or guardians, brothers and sisters.

Interested candidates attach the following evidence with their application: a) Certificate of enrollment in the school class in the 2025/2026 school year. years b) Certificate of residence for the student and the student’s parent, adoptive parent or guardian c) Certified household list d) Certificate or proof of the average income of employees for the last three months, i.e. proof of unemployment of adult members of the household e) Certificate of income from the Service for Veterans, Invalids and Social Protection or confirmation that the applicant is not a beneficiary of permanent monthly income f) Medical documentation on serious illnesses of household members g) Finding of the competent medical commission on disability students or household members h) A certified statement that they do not receive aid or a scholarship on another basis
Students who attend a school for deficit occupations can submit proof (certificate or certificate) for that type of schooling.
VII
The committee appointed by the Municipal Council will review the requests and, based on the criteria, create a ranking list of students with lower financial status. The preliminary ranking list will be published on the municipality’s bulletin board, with a deadline of 8 days for objections. After that, the final ranking list is drawn up, which, after the approval of the Municipal Mayor, will be displayed on the notice board.
A contract is concluded on the aid granted, which specifies the rights and obligations of the beneficiary in more detail. On behalf of the Municipality of Doboj Jug, the contract is concluded by the Municipal Mayor. The contract is concluded with the parent who has a registered residence in the Doboj Jug Municipality.

The public advertisement will be published on the bulletin board of the municipality of Doboj Jug, the official website and advertisement places in the territory of the municipality. The application form can be downloaded from the Service for Civil Protection, General Administration and Joint Affairs of the Municipality of Doboj Jug and on the official website.

Candidates submit applications with the necessary documentation to the Service for Civil Protection, General Administration and Joint Affairs through the protocol of the municipality of Doboj Jug. The public advertisement remains open for 15 days from the day of publication. By registering for the competition, candidates agree that their personal data will be used exclusively for the purposes of the competition. Incomplete, untimely and untidy applications will not be considered.
