On the agenda of the Assembly, in addition to the regular items, there will be a review of the report on the work of the Management and Supervisory Board of FC Željezničar, as well as a proposal for a strategic partnership agreement and a proposal for amendments to the Club’s Statute. The point related to the strategic partnership is considered one of the most important decisions for the future of the club from Grbavica.
According to earlier announcements that appeared in the public, the potential investor in FK Željezničar should be Sanin Mirvić, the brother of the owner of FK Sarajevo Ismir Mirvić. However, the Club did not provide details about the identity of the possible partner, stressing that confidentiality agreements (NDAs) have been signed with all potential investors, which protect sensitive information and ensure the seriousness of the negotiation process.
FC Željezničar appealed to the fans to show patience in the coming days, so that the delegates of the Assembly could make decisions in the best interest of the Club and its long-term stability in a constructive and responsible atmosphere.
Also, the Club said that it is available to media representatives to check all information before its publication, with the aim of ensuring complete accuracy and credibility of the information that is released to the public.
The Assembly session, in accordance with the Statute of FK Željezničar, will be attended by Assembly delegates, members of the Management and Supervisory Boards, as well as the Club’s administration.
