Official decisions and decisions made by the Federal Government for a minimum wage in the amount of 1000.00 KM, we want to express its concerned position for the position of the nurse / technician in our society. The socio-economic position of the nurse is slightly above the minimum in newly generated legal acts in labor law.
We hereby appeal to the legislative authority to bring overall, not partial solutions and to be a society in which people will want to live and work.
The nurse as a segment of society, which is 80% of the service carriers in the service health sector, is belittled by a comparison with an unskilled worker and a little paid for his work. This should not be a rule for the future we build.
In the fight for our rights, we have support the line cantonal minister, but this is not enough for us if the Federal Government does not adopt complete solutions. So far, partial solutions are providing discrimination and insufficientness in reflection on the consequences.
Our position is that the Government will have to reflect and take care of their citizenship, thinking there and on the real sector, employers in the real sector. Adoption of new regulations and laws prescribing less contributions, better working conditions and sustainability of dignified life is a satisfactory solution.
Only in this way can we be facing the positive visions of the future in this beautiful country. With the decisions and regulations of the Federal Government we have started this calendar year, we believe that the government only protected its Hazzne. The government has taken from citizenship and that little dignity, not thinking about how much citizen must separate to afford basic foods.
