When we compare data from January 2025. and December 2024. years, we can also notice certain changes in the structure of employees by gender. In January 2025, there were 303,735 men among employees, which accounts for 55.54% of the total number, while the number of employed women amounted to 243,128 or 44.46%. In December 2024. year, the situation was similar, with 306,389 men (55.56%) and 245,063 women (44.44%).
